Also provided are links to documents regarding the new California Law AB 1319. While I do not agree with everything stated in the doucments, I do believe you should have easy access to the information.
Recently the City Attorney's Office of Los Angeles, the CSA and the Teamsters met to discuss the new law. The outcome of that meeting was an update of the 2002 workshop guidelines. I do not know exactly who represented each group at this meeting.
